PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
All products must be properly authorized by contacting Best Data Technical Support prior to the return.
You will be assigned an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number along with shipping instructions when you contact our technical support staff.
If the product is older than 90 days since the date of purchase you will be required to provide $9 in U.S. funds which covers the shipping and handling of the return.
Any product returned to us will be replaced with another working one of the same
product. All refunds MUST be handled at the place of purchase..
