If no-one is available to take delivery of your Products, our carrier will leave a card requesting you to telephone and arrange a suitable time and date for delivery

Orders shipped outside the Continental United States

Shipping to countries other than the United States is handled by UPS International (UPI). Shipping charges are indicated when placing an order with us. These charges DO NOT INCLUDE CUSTOMS DUTY TAXES AND OTHER IMPORT FEES & CHARGES. Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends) from the date of receiving payment . Orders received after 2 p.m. (Pacific) on weekdays will be processed the next day. Shipping times range from 5 to 10 days, depending on actual destination.

We will use our reasonable endeavors to deliver your Products to you within 10 working days of the date of receiving payment, however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. Shipments made outside USA may take longer to deliver.

If we are unable to deliver your Products to you within 20 days of receiving your payment, you will have the option to cancel your Order and you will be refunded immediately.
